It is noted that the project is aimed at creating a leading technological hub in the Tashkent region and will be implemented in stages over the period 2025-2035.

Along the scenic river in Tashkent region, a 40–50-hectare eco-tourism project is being developed — the “Uzbek Riverside Village and Eco-Bungalow Family Resort”, blending culture, sustainability, and comfort.

The complex will feature 40–60 traditional Uzbek houses, a fishing lake, swimming pools, sand and children’s play zones, 5–8 boutique national restaurants, a petting zoo, horse riding routes, picnic areas, view terraces, zipline and rope bridges, and a waterfall.
