The Memorandum was signed by Bilol Abdurakhimov, General Director of "GIGANT-Stroy-Group," and Chong Chee Yen, Managing Director of "Aries Engineering Consultants Sdn Bhd."

This initiative is part of the Central Asia Smart City project and aims to foster robust bilateral technological cooperation by bringing advanced Turkish construction experience to Uzbekistan.

The memorandum is valid for 2 years from the date of signature and may be extended upon mutual agreement.
