Strategic Partnership MoU Signed Between GIGANT-STROY-GROUP and VİZYON 21

In May 2025, GIGANT-STROY-GROUP LLC (Uzbekistan) and VİZYON 21 Eğitim Organizasyon Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (Turkey) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at establishing a strategic partnership for large-scale development projects across Uzbekistan and Central Asia.

The agreement outlines collaboration in:

* Creating concepts for international infrastructure projects;
* Conducting technical, economic, and legal feasibility studies;
* Managing licensing and government coordination;
* Attracting local and foreign investors;
* Integrating technological, engineering, and certification solutions.

GIGANT-STROY-GROUP will focus on local infrastructure, land allocation, and government alignment. VİZYON 21 will facilitate investor outreach, technology partnerships, and technical consulting.

The MoU is valid for 24 months and may lead to binding agreements in future cooperation phases.
