“Gigant-Stroy-Group” and “Next Generation Buildings” in “Central Asia Smart City” Project

On April 18, 2025, Avazbek Abdulkhaev, founder of “Gigant-Stroy-Group” LLC, and Hurshid Turdialiyev, founder of OOO “NEXT GENERATION BUILDINGS”, signed a strategic cooperation memorandum within the framework of the “Central Asia Smart City” mega project.

The memorandum aims to implement advanced construction technologies, green energy solutions, digital infrastructure, and sustainable urban development practices across Uzbekistan.

The parties agreed to closely collaborate in developing and applying technical, investment, architectural, environmental, and digital management solutions in line with international standards.
